Over a career spanning 20 years, I've developed a deep expertise in the logistics that underpin every successful event: run-of-show management, pacing, technical production, and the seamless coordination of teams working behind the scenes. In 2010 I founded my own catering and events company, Brown Paper LA, and over the years I've managed hundreds of events, fed thousands of people, and produced private events of all kinds — parties, weddings, memorials, and milestone celebrations.
From 10-person private dinners to 500-person fundraisers, I've brought to life events great and small. My institutional clients have included Variety, Caltech, LACMA, UCLA, USC, AFI, the Pasadena Playhouse, the Humane Society, and the Midnight Mission.

Do you have your own food or beverage vendors? I will be the bridge between your caterer and the rest of the event, coordinating your culinary needs with the confidence of someone who has worked every side of it.
On-Site Support & Staffing
My team and I will be there to personally execute your event and handle anything that comes up. From service to culinary staff, production help to decor designer, I know the right person for the job.
